By using Bitsy you accept these terms. Bitsy is a service for creating and gifting personalised mini-games made with photos and messages.
Using the service
- You must be of the minimum age required by law to register.
- You are responsible for the content you upload (photos, texts) and you confirm you have the rights to use it and to enter the recipient’s details.
- Do not upload unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes other people’s rights.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You give us the technical permission to store it and show it to the recipient in order to provide the service. You can delete it at any time.
Costs
Bitsy is completely free: creating, sending and playing gifts costs nothing. We ask for no payments and no payment details.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". Within the limits of the law, Bitsy is not liable for improper use or for content uploaded by users.
